On Monday, she blamed the weather.
On Wednesday, it was lack of sleep.
By Friday, it was just “one of those weeks.”
She felt tired, then anxious, then oddly unmotivated. Nothing dramatic, just enough to make everything feel harder.
And like most of us, she assumed it was random.
